This newly remodeled home is located in the south west section of Ada, Ok. It was totally remodeled in 2004. The remodel on the outside of the house included new windows, new exterior doors, new siding, and all new utility service (water lines,sewer lines, gas line, and electric service). The interior of the house was also totally renovated. New wiring, plumbing, and new central heat and air were installed. All the interior walls and ceilings had new sheetrock installed. All new cabinetry and interior doors were installed.
This home is extremely energy efficient. All exterior walls and the attic were insulated. The windows are thermopane glass and the exterior doors are insulated steel.
This cozy home is shaded by large paper shell pecan trees and features a fenced back yard.
The kitchens comes complete with an electric range and a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker. The cabinets and the counter tops are beautiful and provide a large amount of storage. The living room and bed room are wired for telephone and cable TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower unit, a mirror is mounted above the vanity. A full size washer and dryer are provided. More storage cabinets are located above the washer and dryer.
