This upstairs apartment is located on the east side of Ada, Oklahoma. This apartment contains 3 large bedrooms, one bath, a large kitchen with dining area and a very large living room. The kitchen includes a gas range and refrigerator. The bedrooms and living room have wall to wall carpet and the kitchen and bathroom floors are vinyl. Fall of 2012 all the carpet was replaced and the vinyl in the kitchen was replaced in 2010. Also in the fall of 2012 the apartment was totally repainted inside. All of the mini blinds were also replaced at this time. The apartment also has a large front porch. To keep cool on those hot summer days the apartment is equipped with 2 window air conditioners and to stay warm on cold nights it is equipped with an infrared heater in the living room. The water bill is paid on this apartment, which saves you money by having no connection fee or deposit. We maintain the yard. A new roof was also installed in the spring of 2010.
